Open to anyone wishing to deepen their Biodanza practice
or train as a certified Biodanza facilitator.
We are happy to announce the opening of a Biodanza School in the San Francisco Bay Area—a dedicated space for embodied transformation, connection, and human development.
The school offers a 3-year training program, meeting one weekend per month, beginning September 4–6, 2026.
This journey supports both personal growth through Biodanza and professional facilitator training.
People join this training for many reasons. Some arrive with a clear intention to become facilitators; others are drawn by the wish to deepen their experiential and theoretical understanding of Biodanza.
Many simply feel called to be part of a committed group process, unfolding over time through dance, relationship, and lived experience. For some, the desire to facilitate emerges naturally along the way.
Whatever the initial motivation, the path is shared. Our intention is to support each participant’s rhythm, honor individuality, and accompany the unfolding of personal and professional vocations.
The facilitator training is both an educational path and a transformational process. Through experiential learning, group dynamics, and theoretical study, participants develop the skills and understanding needed to facilitate Biodanza with presence, integrity, and care. Over time, vivencias become fertile ground for identity, connection, and authenticity to grow—within a safe and supportive container.
Participants learn from a diverse group of didactas (teacher trainers).
Each year includes at least five visiting didactas, offering a rich and multifaceted approach to Biodanza.
A detailed module-by-module calendar is available below.
(Module content subject to change; dates remain fixed.)
This 3-year training is the first step in the international Biodanza accreditation process. Graduates continue with supervised facilitation and the writing of a monograph under didactic supervision to receive international certification.
