The phoenix lives within us as a symbol of creative transformation.
Like the mythical bird that surrenders to the flames only to rise anew from its ashes, we too can choose to step into the alchemical fire;consciously releasing, transforming, and being reborn.
The myth refers to our creative spirit and the free will and choice we each possess to recreate ourselves again and again.
It reminds us that life energy takes form, dissolves, and re-emerges, ever changing, ever renewing.
The phoenix is a doorway to our innate freedom, to the vast field of possibilities within us.
It invites us into the essential rhythm of existence: letting go, transmuting, and making space for the new.
Myths and archetypes live deeply within both the collective and personal unconscious.
When we embody them through dance,
transformation becomes tangible, rooted in the body, reaching into the deepest layers of our psyche.
This weekend retreat is an invitation to dive into the Biodanza process, to weave meaningful connections within a caring and supportive community.
To fully receive the depth of this journey,
a regular Biodanza practice is recommended.
